Delicious Chewy Peanut Butter Cannabis Brownies

Chewy Cannabis Brownies With Peanut Butter Goodness. Do I need to say more?

This little nugget is perfect for anyone that’s a dessert lover and wants a tasty cannabis edible… I mean honestly, pot brownies are a staple for any cannabis lover!

But that’s not all that make these tasty morsels a must-try. This recipe will give you a brownie that’s got crispy edges but that’s chewy on the inside and that’s filled with all the peanut butter flavor you crave.

And the best thing?

Thankfully, you only need one bowl and a spoon to make them (along with the actual ingredients) making clean-up quick and easy. (This has been a good thing for me considering the number of times I have made these peanut butter weed brownies recently.)

The key to this recipe?  Softened cannabutter. Be sure your cannabutter is at room temperature (but not melted) before you start. Don’t worry if you don’t have the patience to wait for your cannabutter to soften or you forgot to set the cannabutter out. You can still make these now. Simply set your cold cannabutter on a plate. Fill a glass with hot water and let it sit until the glass is warm. Pour the water out and invert the glass over the cold cannabutter. Wait for a minute or two and voila! Softened cannabutter in no time.

Another tip: When you are mixing the batter, don’t bother with the hand mixer. Just use a wooden spoon or even a fork to combine the butter and peanut butter until smooth. The chewy factor is upped big time by not making the cannabutter light and fluffy. Plus clean-up is easier. Win-win.

The end result? My new go-to cannabis brownie that’s great for any occasion. Every bite filled with chewy peanut butter deliciousness. That, my friends, is as good as it gets.

Peanut Butter Brownie With Cannabis Before Being Cut Into Slices

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter and milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Place cannabutter and peanut butter in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Add sugars and stir until combined. Add eggs and stir until incorporated. Stir in vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Place peanut butter batter in prepared pan and spread evenly. (Batter will be thick) Sprinkle peanut butter and milk chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until brownies are set.
